A visit to the EcoLand in North Borneo.

Ever wonder what an EcoLand is all about?
It is a piece of land with an area of 27 acres of swamp land.
Weston Wetland is one of the very large river-mouth wetlands in North Borneo. It is 122km away from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah’s capital city.
Scenically, Weston Wetland is one of the most beautiful wetland in North Borneo – It is worth visiting simply for that fact alone.
If you are going for whitewater rafting in the Padas River – just conveniently upstream of where Weston is.
Since you are there, you can just drop by to visit Weston EcoLand.
It is certainly worth your visit.

Look at a picture of a large Nipa Flower below.

Following is the Sonneratia Flower.

If you like to watch animals,
there's plenty of Proboscis Monkeys.
Below is a picture of a Male Proboscis Monkey.

For those who likes to watch fireflies at night......

OK...
will post more info again in a few days.
